Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All Bass Braids pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on custom or made-to-order pieces unless faulty. If there is an issue with your braid set, we will happily repair it.

However, we do not cover shipping cost to repair. Receiving and Sending postage will be paid by the customer if repairs are necessary.

Bass Braids is not responsible for lost parcels once they have been shipped. For delivery issues, please contact your local postal provider. If an international order is returned to us due to failed delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If your parcel is returned to sender, we can either:
• Resend at your expense
• Issue a refund minus shipping

Cancelled or postponed events do not qualify for returns.
